This page introduces configuration tweaks for your linux desktop configuration.

Gnome

  • Adjust the number of workspaces in the gnome configuration (allows to set shortcuts for more than two workspaces).
    • Start gconf-editor
    • Change to Apps > Metacity > general and adjust num_workspaces.
